Sleeping in the break room

So I am part of the CSA union, who doesnt like bloomberg because......he raised their pay 40% over the last 8 years? By creating new schools has created (im guessing, but its close) 15% more admin positions over the last 8 years? Began the process of streamlining all the data NYC administrators use? Im not sure why a union would be so against a mayor who did those things........oh, you mean you are held accountable to results now.......not baseline results, but value added results.......and thats why youre against him. He is actually making you do your job.......huh.........okay.......

Anyway, my beloved union, CSA, who is as timely as they are impartial, sent me a campaign letter in the mail yesterday (two days after election day) letting me know the city isnt for sale. It had a list of all the money bloomberg spent on elections and non profit contributions over the last 8 years and encouraged me to let my voice be heard on Nov. 3. Seems like in 8 years Bloomberg has spent 200 million dollars on what they classify as election campaigns............so.........the city is for sale.........it cost roughly 200 million dollars.

I gotta be honest. Thats a steal. If I were looking at cities in the 200 million dollar range I would think of Lincoln, Nebraska and Juniper, Florida........but if I found out I could get NYC I would be a little taken aback by my purchasing power. Mayor Bloomberg is a value shopper........I bet he has a coupon book at home.
